LOVE is the most important thing IN THE WORLD. EVER. Go ahead, argue that. Do it. YOU CAN’T BECAUSE IT’S LOVE. I’ve never in my life heard of a person anywhere who doesn’t want to be loved in some capacity. It’s just a basic human need. It comes in all shapes and sizes and capacities but it’s still LOVE. HOW DARE YOU think any kind of love is lesser than any other kind? And obviously this is what you are doing because there is no other reason why you wouldn’t want these people to get married….
Everyone deserves it.
No one has the right to decide for someone else who they can or should be allowed to love. Period.
A PLAYLIST FOR INGRID…
A day after I received the bad news about Ingrid her sister Christel sent me a beautiful message and below is a portion of it…
”Can I ask you something? We want to play 3 songs on her funeral. And of course this has to be Bon Jovi. Do you know 3 songs that would be good, or what her favorite songs were. Thanks, Christel.”
I took this request very seriously because having recently lost a close friend and having sat through a service where someone had chose music that was not her style or would have been anywhere near her choice I did not want this to happen to Ingrid.
Call it fate or divine intervention but Ingrid and I had shared conversations about Bon Jovi music and as I said before “Father Time” by Richie Sambora had been the first song I heard on her playlist. The lyrics seemed very relevant and Ingrid’s love for Richie made it a good choice. Below I will list the other songs I suggested, and today I will turn on Ingrid’s playlist yet once again and listen to them there…. You might want to do the same… I bet Ingrid will be listening too.
