At circletime today we were discussing Mother’s Day. I was filling the children’s minds with lovely ways they could show their Mom’s they love them and reminding them that Mother’s are the true superheros of the world… I told them that I couldn’t wait to see how my children would show me their love and one little girl put up her hand and said:
Elena: Will you have a Bon Jovi Dance Party with them?
Gayle: Maybe. That would be fun. What does Gayle love best?
Whole Class: JON BON JOVI!!!!
Jack: What does your t-shirt mean?
Gayle: It’s the symbol for Bon Jovi.
10 minutes later we have finished discussing my t-shirt and Bon Jovi. I’m sure I’d been talking about something else??? Oh yeah, Mother’s Day!
And that’s what we learned at Preschool today kids…
